Medium bread products:
Unica bul bread leaven ½ tsp, Milk or vegan milk 200ml, Brown sugar 1 tbsp, Balsamic  vinegar 1 tsp, Oil 6 tbsp, Egg whites 1, (chickpea flour + water) 30g + 60ml, Himalayan fine salt 1 tsp , Dry yeast 2 tsp, Water 260ml, Black bread flour 500g

Big Bread Products:
Unica bul bread leaven ½ tsp  Milk or Vegan Milk 300ml, Brown sugar 1 ½ tbsp, Balsamic  vinegar 1 ½ tsp, Oil 9 tbsp, Egg protein 2, (chickpea flour + water) 45g + 90ml, Himalayan fine salt 1 ½  tsp,Dry yeast 3 tsp, Water 385ml, Black bread flour 750g

Method of preparation:
1. Put the proteins (or chickpea flour + water), oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and milk in a bowl and mix well.
2. Pour this mixture into the form of a bread machine.
3. Add the flour and sprinkle the yeast on top.
4. Switch on the bread machine to a gluten-free program or a normal program.
