Bulgarian bread Necessary products: 250 g rue flour,25 0 g white flour type 550, 20 grams of fresh yeast for bread, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of salt, 50 milliliters of warm water, 200 grams of Bulgarian yoghurt and tablespoon oil. Put the proteins (or chickpea flour + water), oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and milk in a bowl and mix well. 2. Pour this mixture into the form of a bread machine. 3.
